The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, 2+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Remote work is available across LATAM or Europe, with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals.
• Solid GAAP and general financial accounting knowledge.
• Excel proficiency for reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain monthly rollforwards for crypto assets and other digital holdings.
• Reconcile wallet balances to blockchain data and subledgers; perform data cleanup and exception resolution.
• Perform FMV calculations and remeasurements for digital asset holdings and related reconciliations.
• Process accounting for crypto donations, rewards, incentives, and wallet activity (e.g., hardware wallets).
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close; conduct reconciliations and variance analysis.
