Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a CRO / Website Optimization Specialist to own client websites and quiz-funnel experiments from opportunity through execution and analysis.

You will build and launch tests, analyze outcomes, and drive next steps across Shopify, landing pages, quizzes, and cart optimization. You will work with Intelligems, Digioh, Rebuy, and GA4, translating data into concrete actions while maintaining a high level of autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of hands-on CRO or ecommerce optimization experience.
• Strong knowledge of funnels, journeys, merchandising, and UX levers.
• Hands-on Shopify front-end experience with independent changes.
• Proven ownership of A/B testing from idea to analysis and next steps.
• Experience with GA4 and ecommerce analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own website and quiz-funnel experimentation roadmap based on data and potential impact.
• Turn opportunities into hypotheses with clear success metrics.
• Build, QA, and launch A/B tests with Intelligems or similar platforms.
• Make Shopify front-end changes and landing page updates independently.
• Improve quizzes and personalization funnels to boost progression.
• Optimize cart and upsell experiences using Shopify tools.
• Use GA4 to evaluate behavior, conversions, and experiment results.
• Translate results into actionable next steps and roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot issues using documentation and tools.
