HireHawk Inc. is seeking a CRO / Website Optimization Specialist to own a client’s website and quiz-funnel experimentation roadmap from opportunity identification through execution and analysis.

This role requires hands-on testing, hypothesis formulation, and live implementation of A/B tests on Shopify storefronts, landing pages, quizzes, carts, and personalization funnels with autonomy across the tech stack. Working hours align with EST.

Formación

• 3-6+ years of hands-on CRO or ecommerce optimization.
• Strong knowledge of funnels, UX, and conversion levers.
• Hands-on Shopify front-end experience and troubleshooting ability.
• Proven ownership of A/B testing from hypothesis to analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the website and quiz-funnel experimentation roadmap, prioritizing opportunities based on data and potential impact.
• Turn opportunities into hypotheses with defined success metrics.
• Build, QA, and launch A/B tests using Intelligems or similar platforms.
• Make Shopify front-end changes independently (landing pages, merchandising, UX).
• Improve quizzes and personalization funnels to boost engagement and progression.
• Optimize cart and upsell experiences using Shopify tools.
• Use GA4 and analytics to evaluate behavior and outcomes.
• Translate results into next steps and roadmap priorities.
