Qualifications

• Professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or funnel optimization.
• Experience with lead-generation funnels.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize landing pages to generate qualified leads.
• Analyze user behavior throughout the conversion funnel.
• Identify friction points reducing click-through, form completion, or conversions.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses for improving landing-page and funnel performance.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Optimize headlines, messaging, calls to action, page structure, forms, layouts and other conversion elements.
• Analyze conversion data and prioritize experiments by potential impact.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, paid media specialists, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Maintain an organized experimentation roadmap and testing backlog.
• Document test results, insights, and learnings.
• Apply successful learnings across campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.
• Help develop scalable CRO frameworks and best practices as the organization grows.
