Hirehawk, a fast-growing remote performance marketing agency, is seeking a Media Buyer to scale paid campaigns for creator brands and ecommerce clients. You’ll own campaigns in Meta and Google, collaborating with creatives and account managers to drive measurable results.

You’ll thrive in a hands-on role, enjoy testing and optimizing in ad accounts, and communicate insights clearly to clients. This is a fully remote, async-friendly position with competitive USD compensation and growth

Formación

• 2+ years managing paid accounts with $100K+/month budgets.
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience; Google Ads a strong plus
• Deep fluency in performance metrics: CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS
• High agency — you drive projects forward, communicate blockers, and propose solutions
