AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on expertise with enterprise networks, Windows Server and Active Directory, and cloud platforms.

You will work in a fast-growing, US-EMEA oriented team, interfacing with vendors and internal partners, with after-hours work and a focus on reliability, DR planning, SOX controls, and 24x7 operations.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on networking, servers and storage experience.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment.
• Azure/AWS cloud compute and storage experience, SOX exposure.
• Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive familiarity.

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.
• Work schedule flexibility required as some work must be completed after business hours.
• Experience interfacing with and managing vendors and managed service providers.
• Experience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA).
• Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.
