AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments.

You will implement observable, secure and fault‑tolerant solutions while working across US and EMEA offices. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms, plus SOX familiarity and a service‑oriented mindset to deliver value to internal partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on engineering in enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong firewall, switch, wireless infrastructure management.
• Extensive Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory experience.
• Cloud compute/storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud-first approach.
• SOX-regulated environment experience is a must.
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and capable of vendor management.

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

Must Haves

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.
• Discipline to document your work required.
• Ability to work with a project oriented approach for deliverables.

• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
