AgileEngine is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments. The role emphasizes security, observability, and fault tolerance.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate across teams, and manage vendor relationships in a fast-growing, 24x7 international setting. Strong AD, cloud, and collaboration tooling experience is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

- 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.

- Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.

- Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).

- Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.

- Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.

- Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.

- Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.

- Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

- Experience with patch deployment required.

- Self‑sufficient, self‑managed, self‑motivated, must be effective working independently.

- A service‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.

- Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.

- AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.

- Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.

- Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Responsible for the design, build and support of corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.

- Implement observable, secure and fault‑tolerant solutions.
