Job summary

Talan Spain is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

You will work closely with users in the United States, requiring strong English and excellent communication, and you will help define priorities for delivery while ensuring quality outcomes across Agile and traditional project environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong knowledge of market risk concepts, processes and financial products.
• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, especially users in the United States, to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
• Support technical teams during implementation and clarify functional requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and specifications.
• Monitor requirements and resolve functional queries throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
