Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, including users in the United States, to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
• Support technical teams during implementation with clarification on requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions against specifications and business expectations.
• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve queries.
