Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to drive growth across the product-led funnel—from acquisition and signup to onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention. You’ll prototype and ship AI-powered solutions, run experiments, measure outcomes, and scale successful loops.

You’ll own end-to-end growth initiatives, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to turn experiments into durable growth engines for creators worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product-led growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests) for activation, conversion, and retention.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tooling to prototype and ship features.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and decide which ideas to test.
• Prototype and ship solutions using AI tools, and run experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, or Finance to improve outcomes.
• Turn successful experiments into durable growth loops across product, channel, partner, or lifecycle growth.
• Document learnings to inform next experiments.
