The role demands coordinating creative campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery across multiple campaigns. You will oversee schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact for designers, copywriters, and strategists.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with leadership and teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks early.

Responsabilidades

• Create & maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copy, and marketing.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reporting and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate clear communication and regular status updates.
