Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust schedules in Asana and similar tools, prioritizing tasks and milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure right resources for objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Use reports to identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to improve operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint and provide regular status updates to teams and leadership.
