Workana Llc is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain timelines, and ensure timely delivery from kickoff to delivery.

The role targets at least two years of experience in marketing or agency settings, with strong PM tool proficiency and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is a fully remote opportunity with potential for growth and impact.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience with design, copywriting, or marketing projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities; comfortable updating leadership.
• Working knowledge of creative processes within campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues promptly.
