• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using tools like Asana and similar platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track & report progress, identify at-risk tasks, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Optimize processes by spotting workflow inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Facilitate clear, regular status updates for internal teams and leadership.
