Job summary

Digital Executive seeks a Creative Project Manager to lead creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. Remote, collaborative role guiding schedules, milestones, and cross-functional teams to deliver assets on time and on brief.

You'll manage timelines in Asana or similar tools, optimize workflows, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure high-quality creative output across education-focused campaigns. 2+ years agency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in PM tools: Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for leadership updates.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to address bottlenecks early.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and redistributing tasks.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and escalations as needed.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
