Content Creators is a US-based marketing agency delivering data-driven campaigns for mission-driven organizations. We seek a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely results.

You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists, manage resources, and report progress. A background in marketing or agency settings and proficiency with PM tools are essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities for updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Proactive problem-solving to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns in PM platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress with reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficient creative operations.
• Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates.
