Workana Llc is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee creative campaigns for our marketing client base, with a focus on higher education and mission-driven organizations. You will coordinate timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns deliver on time and on brief.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of agency experience, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello. Remote work is available.

Formación

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience coordinating design, copywriting, and marketing projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks, and ensure resources meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates.
