Workana Llc is seeking a Creative Project Manager for a US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets, coordinating schedules from kickoff to delivery in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing or agency environment, and are fluent in PM tools like Asana. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to drive on-time results.

Formación

• 2+ years managing creative or marketing projects, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and status reporting to leadership.
• Understanding of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
