Job summary

Reach Digital is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ad concepts that convert, leading testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts. This fully remote, full-time role supports brands scaling through sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and high-quality content for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You'll own the creative strategy loop from hypothesis to scale, collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience developing, optimizing, or directing paid social creative (eCommerce preferred).
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid grasp of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling in paid social contexts.
• Able to work with UGC creators, editors, and designers and give clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers with precise direction from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles and next steps.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output and fast production flow.
