Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to turn insights into high-converting ad concepts. You will lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, driving sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and content that performs as well as it looks.

This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for someone who loves blending creative instincts with performance thinking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid social creative experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proven track record of creative that drives measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Solid grasp of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta/TikTok.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses and plan structured tests.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Review ad performance and identify winning angles and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar with consistent weekly output.
