Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Creative Designer (Static and Motion) to own design output across static and motion assets for a video-first brand. This fully remote role supports Latin America with flexible timing and a US-friendly schedule.

You will craft thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets, and motion graphics, collaborating with video producers and editors to ensure timely, on-brand delivery. A strong portfolio and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven creative design experience with a strong portfolio across static and motion assets.
• Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and hierarchy in video contexts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Reliable, on-time delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static assets including thumbnails, social graphics, decks, and brand collateral.
• Resize and adapt assets across formats and placements.
• Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and transitions; iterate on feedback.
• Collaborate with video producers, editors, and creative leads to integrate designs with video output.
• Contribute fresh visual concepts at the brief stage and not only execution.
• Organize project files with clean structure and version control; deliver in correct formats.
• Communicate timelines proactively and flag gaps early to avoid delays.
