Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Art Director experience in creative agencies or in-house teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking across channels.
• Fluent English communication and ability to present concepts to stakeholders.
• Hybrid work arrangement with at least 2 days in the Buenos Aires office.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic visual communications across business divisions, aligning with brand systems.
• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, video, social) and leverage AI for efficiency.
• Lead creative concept development from ideation to execution with tight deadlines.
