Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Creative Designer (Static and Motion) to own design output across static and motion assets, thumbnails, social media content, and brand collateral. Remote, full-time, Latin America friendly.

You should have a strong portfolio and ability to create polished work across formats, with experience in video contexts and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with producers and leads, deliver on timelines, and adapt assets for multiple placements while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of finished static work (thumbnails, social graphics, brand assets).
• Understanding of design in video and motion contexts (hierarchy, pacing, storytelling).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static assets (thumbnails, social graphics, decks, brand collateral).
• Work within brand systems and bring creative judgment to briefs.
• Resize/adapt assets across formats and placements.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions for video context.
• Collaborate with video producers and editors to integrate design into output.
• Contribute creative ideas at the briefing stage and iterate on feedback.
• Organize project files with clean structure and version control.
• Communicate timelines and flag brief gaps to avoid delays.
