Acclaro is seeking a Contract Manager to support commercial growth by managing end-to-end contracts and balancing business opportunities with risk. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure efficient execution and adherence to company standards, in a fast-moving global environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and practical contract solutions. English communication and experience in a professional services or tech-driven setting are valued.

Formación

• 5-7 years in contract management, commercial contracting, or a related function.
• Experience independently managing commercial agreements throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs and other customer-facing contracts.
• Independently handle routine and moderately complex contractual matters, escalating higher-risk issues as needed.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support timely deal execution and resolve questions.
• Identify risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives and guidelines.
• Maintain contract records, data integrity, renewal tracking, and CLM documentation.
