Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Construction Accountant with commercial electrical estimating experience to support a fast-moving construction management firm operating across multiple states. The primary focus is commercial electrical estimation and take-offs, with additional accounting and project administration duties.

Foundation ERP proficiency is mandatory, and you will collaborate with project managers, field operations, vendors, and leadership to keep bids and financials accurate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial electrical estimation and take-offs.
• Foundation ERP experience is required; candidates without it will not be considered.
• Experience in construction project administration, coordination, or accounting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices and routine accounting transactions in Foundation ERP.
• Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare and enter customer billing and apply customer payments.
