IN-VR is seeking a Communications and Marketing Junior to join remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This internship offers hands-on experience across communications and marketing while contributing to growth.

You will design partnerships with media, create content for blogs, social channels and newsletters, and help plan campaigns while learning to use CMS and AI-enabled tools. This role fits a highly organized, proactive student with international interests.

Formación

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English; Spanish fluency.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience with content creation and basic design tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Interest in International Relations or energy sector preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute strategic partnerships with Media and Associations.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms.
• Collaborate with team on promotional materials ideas.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the company website using CMS.
• Conduct market research and analyze data for initiatives.
• Track and report key performance metrics for campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for communications.
