Job summary

IN-VR is seeking an enthusiastic Communications and Marketing Intern to join our remote Buenos Aires team. This internship offers hands-on experience across social media, content creation, campaigns, and digital communications.

You will work with a global energy-focused consultancy, developing materials, researching markets, and helping expand partnerships with media and associations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
• Support marketing campaigns and partner outreach.
• Help maintain the company website using content management systems.
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm promotional ideas.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs for campaigns.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team remotely from Buenos Aires, Argentina. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of communications and marketing while contributing to our organization's growth and success.

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms

Create engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters

Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Help maintain and update the company website using content management systems

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional materials

Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing initiatives

Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving communication strategies

Design and execute strategic partnerships with Media and Associations

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree inMarketing, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Proficiency in GoogleSuite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and marketing trends
• Previous internships or relevant projects in communications or marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Interest in International Relations, politics and the Energy sector is a must
