Veta Virtual is hiring a Cloud & SaaS Operations Manager to lead the administration, security, and optimization of a global fintech workplace technology stack. You will own SaaS platforms, IAM, security compliance, and automation at scale, partnering with IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
The role requires senior leadership, hands-on automation, Zero Trust implementation, and mentoring of IT teams.
Formación
- 5+ years managing cloud-based workplace technology and SaaS environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong IAM experience, MFA, SSO, and Entra in production.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python).
- Proven leadership and ability to mentor IT teams.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security models.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead SaaS administration across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
- Enforce IAM policies including SSO, MFA, and least privilege.
- Implement Zero Trust and data protection across cloud services.
- Develop and deploy workflow automation at scale.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Drive technology adoption and provide team mentorship.
