Veta Virtual is hiring a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist for one of our high-growth clients in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This hands-on, high-ownership role focuses on configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, owning contact center and telephony systems, and turning support data into insights that drive real operational decisions.

You will manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, troubleshoot user issues, support integrations, and own the telephony

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience, Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience with contact center or telephony platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio, NICE, Genesys) or roadmap ownership is a plus.
• Comfort building reports and dashboards and turning data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permissions).
• Troubleshoot user issues and maintain data hygiene to keep CRM clean and reliable.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and other support tools; evaluate new Salesforce features for support ops.
• Own the telephony/contact center platform roadmap (CTI integration, call routing, IVR) with leadership to prioritize improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Build and maintain dashboards on support performance (volume, response times, resolution rates, CSAT) and deliver regular reporting.
• Identify trends and flag operational issues surfaced by data.
