Hire Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience for clinicians joining our virtual behavioral health platform. You’ll run three-hour live onboarding sessions, guide clinicians through the EHR and payroll workflows via screen share, and prepare materials ahead of each session.

You’ll follow up on questions, escalate complex issues, and help improve materials and processes over time.

Competenze

• Onboarding experience in healthcare or clinical support settings.
• Ability to run long live onboarding sessions with confidence.
• Experience presenting on live calls and guiding users through platforms.

• Lead three-hour live onboarding calls with clinicians via video conference.
• Walk clinicians through the EHR platform via screen sharing and payroll workflows.
• Guide clinicians through payroll setup and timesheet entry.
• Answer questions live and manage multiple inquiries with composure.
• Prepare materials ahead of each session and manage invitations and calendars.
• Follow up on questions by email or messaging and close open items.
• Escalate complex questions to internal teams when needed.
• Identify recurring onboarding friction and help improve materials and scripts.
