Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Clinical Trials Associate for a remote, international role across Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. You will support project teams with documentation, training coordination, and meeting support to ensure timely study delivery, while maintaining QA logs and system access for members.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong English skills, and knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations, with excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and language fluency for the country of work.
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and applicable FDA/EU directives.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and track system access for project team members and managers.
• Maintain project portals and ensure access to current documents.
• Assist with preparation, shipment, and filing of clinical trial documentation.
• Track site and personnel details and QA logs for study sites.
• Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes for sponsor and team meetings.
• Coordinate project-specific training to keep teams up to date.
