Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects in a lab context; formal PM title not required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office in a project delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial laboratory projects from award to closeout and be the primary client contact.
• Lead study setup activities including protocol and budget reviews, start-up meetings, and risk management plans.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, metrics, and budgets with trend analysis and change management.
• Coordinate sponsor communications, meetings, and issue escalation as the single point of contact.
• Drive timely, customer-focused problem solving and coordinate cross-functional resources
