Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, shaping AI-driven digital transformation from inception through execution. You will partner with clients to translate complex technology into business outcomes and oversee account performance with delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years of U.S. consulting, strong leadership, and quarterly travel to the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with the ability to translate tech into business value
• Experience in large enterprise organizations including participation or leadership in digital transformation or modernization programs
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with travel availability to the U.S. quarterly

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships
