Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate, licensed Virtual Child Psychologist to deliver mental health services through a secure online platform. Work remotely with children and adolescents, conducting assessments, therapy, and counseling from anywhere.

You will collaborate with families and schools, maintain confidential records, and follow ethical guidelines to ensure high-quality care and accessibility to young clients.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice psychology in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Specialization in child and adolescent psychology.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers on child mental health topics.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and educators as needed.
