Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a part-time psychologist in a remote capacity, licensed in Peru, to deliver telehealth therapy within our employer mental health network. You will provide short-term and ongoing services, including potential treatment for children, adolescents, and families, using evidence-based methods.

The role supports sessions across diverse populations with flexible scheduling, while benefiting from our tech-enabled platform and collaborative provider infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice counseling in Peru.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below) preferred.
• English conversational proficiency for onboarding and clinical interviews.
• Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling for employees via short-term to medically necessary sessions.
• Treat adults and, if possible, minors as part of specialization.
• Maintain availability calendar and timely documentation in scheduling system.
• Apply evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with provider support teams and care navigators.
• Deliver culturally competent care aligned with Spring Health values.
