Haven is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as the COO's right hand for the cleaning business, running the day-to-day so leadership can focus on strategy: invoices go out correct and on time, cleaners and clients get clear answers, and nothing falls between the dozen tools we use to run the operation.

Your morning starts with the COO's priorities, overnight messages and anything urgent from a client or cleaner.

Formación

• Excellent written English and grammar.
• Strong operations and invoicing experience across multiple platforms.
• AI-first, proactive mindset to automate repetitive tasks.
• Track record designing and improving processes.
• Comfort juggling many channels, tools and time zones.
• Experience in cleaning, hospitality or property management.
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day of the cleaning business with the COO.
• Invoicing for many clients across multiple platforms; follow up and reconcile.
• Communicate with clients, cleaners and internal teams via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack and PMS/CRM.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, scheduling, quality standards and SOPs.
• Design, document and improve processes; automate where possible with AI.
• Track metrics like invoicing timeliness and response times.
• Lead special projects from the COO (new packages, onboarding, tools).
