IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote LATAM role spanning Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and more. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost under IQVIA SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategy and RBM tools.
• Attend study team and client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
