IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote across LATAM countries, to drive delivery per contract and SOPs. You will lead a team of CRAs and Central Monitors, oversee study metrics and analytics, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and excellent English; ability to coordinate across global projects and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigation.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
• Develop study analytics strategy and RBM tools/templates.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF oversight; support client meetings.
