IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM remote operations. You will oversee the centralized monitoring program across global projects, ensuring delivery aligns with contract objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will lead CRAs and central monitors, manage risk and analytics, and collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost. Strong English and leadership are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site) with knowledge of ICH GCP.
• +2 years in a Lead role with strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team across global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs, risk, and mitigations.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA/CMA).
• Develop analytics strategy and study management tools to ensure data integrity.
