Kelly is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with a remote work option across several countries. You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborating with the project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leadership of study metrics, development of analytics strategies, and mentoring junior staff across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Fluent in English and strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources.
• Monitor study metrics and develop analytic strategies.
• Support monitoring strategy and oversee RBM tools.
• Communicate with study teams and clients; ensure compliance.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
