IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery of objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

The role oversees the Centralized Monitoring team across global studies, may act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, manages resources, monitors metrics, and helps shape analytics strategies and RBM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, including licenses.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis; propose action plans.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tools development.
• Support monitoring strategy and triggers; attend study/client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and manage continuous process improvements.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF readiness; develop study tools.
• Maintain study management plans and RBM templates to evaluate quality.
