Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate Campaign Specialist in Argentina to create, execute, and measure customer engagement campaigns across channel portfolios.

The role offers full-time hours with flexible work workspace, remote or office-based in Argentina. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in campaign operations, strong data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, or CRM execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Experience with campaign execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborative skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment both within a team and independently.
• Strong project and time management skills to balance multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for the successful execution of campaign messages and customer journeys.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, segmentation, a/b testing, and customer approval.
• Build and leverage campaign and channel performance reports in the platform to deliver actionable insights and campaign recommendations to customers.
• Leverage HTML to tailor messages that require modification beyond the currently available functionality of the platform.
• Learn and apply digital marketing best practices across email, SMS, mobile, and web channels.
• Support the wider Campaign Specialist team with campaign testing and Quality Assurance.
• Work with Strategic consultants and Customer Success Teams to increase customer platform adoption and improve time-to-value.
• Provide platform training/ retraining to customers as needed.
• Document and provide user feedback to Product and other internal teams.
• Stay up to date on the feature, channel, and functionality releases for campaign integration and provide strategic recommendations to customers.
