Little Ms.Talent is seeking a Bookkeeper based in Peru to manage bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients. You will use QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and prepare basic financial statements under guidance from experienced staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong English communication. This is a remote opportunity with exposure to U.S. tax practices and client work.

Our client, a well-established accounting and tax firm in South Florida, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong accounting fundamentals and a desire to grow professionally. This is an excellent opportunity to work with U.S. business clients, collaborate with experienced accounting professionals, and develop your knowledge of U.S. tax processes through hands-on training and guidance.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple U.S.-based clients.
• Record and categorize transactions using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Review transactions and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to accounting operations.
• Assist with organizing tax documents and basic tax-related data entry under the guidance of the firm's team.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Based in Peru.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal (everyday communication with the team and clients will be in English)
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

Nice to have: Experience with U.S. clients or a CPA firm, familiarity with U.S. tax forms such as W-2s and 1099s, or QuickBooks Online certification.
