Little Ms.Talent is seeking a Bookkeeper based in Peru to manage bookkeeping for multiple U.S.-based clients. You will use QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and prepare basic financial statements under guidance from experienced staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong English communication. This is a remote opportunity with exposure to U.S. tax practices and client work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Based in Peru.
• Advanced English proficiency (written & verbal).
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn U.S. tax processes and assist with admin/tax tasks.

Aufgaben

• Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple U.S.-based clients.
• Record and categorize transactions using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Review transactions and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting docs.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Support team with accounting operations admin tasks.
• Assist with organizing tax documents and data entry under guidance.
