Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted billing tools to flag anomalies and surface overdue accounts.
• Comfort with AI-augmented workflows to streamline repetitive tasks like data entry or reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before they impact clients.
• Experience with multiple billing structures (hourly, fixed fee, retainers).
• Clear communicator capable of follow-ups, clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.
• Experience with accounting or billing systems (ERP, legal billing tools).
• Solid Excel skills and confidence handling data.
