Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in US tax preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and tax programs.
• Advanced level of English & Spanish.
• Experience preparing complex tax returns and corporate filings.

Aufgaben

• Analyze financial information and prepare reports to determine assets, liabilities, and tax liability for clients.
• Prepare tax returns including 1040, 1040NR, FBAR, 1120, 1120S, 1120F, 1065, and 5471.
• Review and process incoming financial documentation and client records.
• Assist clients to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Perform additional accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned.
