Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Bilingual Medical Patient Services Coordinator to support U.S.-based medical practices remotely from Peru. You will handle patient communication, appointment coordination, and insurance verification while maintaining EMR/EHR records. The role requires 1+ year experience, advanced English and fluent Spanish, and ability to work during U.S.

business hours. This full-time independent contractor position offers monthly compensation and remote, globally

Qualifications

1+ year experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts.
Advanced English and fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and patient data verification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

Respond to patient calls, emails, and messages, with professional communication.
Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments for patients.
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records in EMR/EHR.
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
Coordinate with medical teams to resolve administrative requests.
Provide friendly, empathetic support in a fast-paced remote setting.
