Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation for desktop and mobile apps, alongside manual testing. Join a global fintech team building reliable digital tokens and data platforms.

You will build and maintain test suites, integrate with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and collaborate with developers to ensure testability and high quality releases across iOS, Android, and web apps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on iOS/Android.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered apps is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
