Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced People/Attorney Development leader to design and scale programs that empower associates across the firm. You’ll build feedback cadences, mentorship, and development pathways, partnering with partners and leadership to drive engagement and utilization.

This role requires strong L&D design, data-driven decision making, and fluent English across the Americas ET overlap.

Qualifications

• Legal or attorney-development background in a law firm or legal tech context.
• Judgment over tenure; ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize.
• Strong L&D program design grounded in adult learning theory.
• Proven coaching and people management experience.
• Working knowledge of US employment law.

Responsibilities

• Build a feedback cadence around firm-wide culture of feedback.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with partners and leadership.
• Create a sense of community and belonging for associates.
• Own learning and development end-to-end and design programs.
• Coach and mentor associates as a people manager.
• Use data to identify utilization gaps and drive action.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and growth plans (US context).
• Speak with authority to elevate attorney development within the firm.
